Which Layer Style tool did you use to create the iris?
I used inner shadow to create the iris.
Describe how to overlay an image of stars onto a picture of a hand:
1. Place image of desired texture
2.Use quick select tool to outline the hand ( if the negative space is selected do Ctrl + I)
3. Go back to the hand and then right click and then click on layer via copy
4. Your hand has the texture now.
